Is Frely really free?
Yes. The core Frely app — including the invisible overlay, screenshot AI, and GPT-3.5 queries — is completely free with no time limit and no credit card required. It's open-source too.
How does the invisible overlay work?
Frely renders on a dedicated window layer that sits outside the capture region used by screen-recording tools (Zoom, Meet, OBS, etc.). It's technically impossible for those apps to see it.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept payment in USD, INR, EUR, GBP, JPY, and most major currencies. Your bank's exchange rate may apply for non-USD charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your Pro subscription at any time with one click. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then automatically roll back to the Free tier — no data lost.
Is my data private?
On the Free and Pro tiers, screenshots and queries are processed via our secure API and are never stored or used for model training. The Team tier offers a fully on-premise option.
